EWG Methodology

We believe that the human touch is integral to healing. Babies grow better when they are touched affectionately, adults respond positively when touched with care. We approach pain management by combining human touch with technology in a relaxed setting. This holistic approach initiates the healing process from inside out to relief pain symptoms while your body heals itself.

Pain Relief Treatments

Proionic R-System

Relief • Recover • Rehab

This uses INDIBA® ProRecovery: a proven system that is used by top professional sports teams, hospitals and clinics across Europe to accelerate healing and provide immediate pain relief.

World-class athletes like Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams, The Barcelona Football Club and the French Tennis Federation as well as various national teams in the 2016 Rio Olympics use the INDIBA® ProRecovery to manage injuries and maintain optimal physical conditions.

The system is externally applied, non-invasive, and very comfortable to use. It uses a patented specific frequency of 448 kHz that is perfect for activating the Proionic effect (ionic exchange) in cells that is necessary for repair and recovery. It is able to reach deep to focus on more resistant tissues such as joints, ligaments and tendons to repair while relieving pain.

• No surgery and drugs involved
• Pain relief is felt from the very first session
• Improves circulation of oxygen and nutrients to cells
• Increases cells’ absorption capability to restore proper cell function for tissue regeneration, thus bringing about recovery
• Long lasting results

Body Massage

Choose your massage type to suit your needs. After performing over a million massages, we have fine-tuned our massage protocols to expertly treat common problem areas: neck, shoulders and lower back. Our therapists are well able to personalize according to your preference.

The massages are performed in private rooms with bed temperatures adjusted to your liking for maximum relaxation.

Deep Tissue Sports

The deeper pressure in this massage is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. Focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissues, tendons and fascia to break up fibrous connective tissue (scar tissue) that is making you feel light and restricted. The therapist first warms up the muscles before going deeper to prevent unnecessary pain and discomfort. This massage can be a little intense and is for those who prefer firmer massages.

TCM Tui Na

This massage revolves around acupressure (applying pressure to acupoints). “Tui Na” literally means push and grasp. The therapist may knead, roll, press, and rub acupoints to release tension and blockages to improve flow of “Qi”. Works on releasing tight tendons, ligaments and muscles to improve the body's defensive “Qi” (Wei Qi) and get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles.

Relax Swedish

The Swedish massage relaxes the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes and is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Chiropractic is a hands-on healthcare approach that diagnoses and treats the root cause of the problem relating to muscles, joints and nerves. By restoring the correct alignment of our musculoskeletal structure, especially the spine, Chiropractors are able to restore the body’s ability to heal itself naturally.

Our spinal cord acts as a communication hub and consists of nerves that transmit messages between the brain, through the spinal column to the rest of our body. For example, how we breathe, talk and process our thoughts are affected by these messages sent through our nervous system.

As the spine is closely linked to our nervous system, any misalignment or subluxation in the spine can affect our health and cause pain. Misalignment of the spine can be a result of poor posture, prolonged use of mobile and electronic devices, long term high heels wear etc.

Chiropractors can help to correct this spinal misalignment or subluxation through effective, painless and quick adjustments. These adjustments seek to minimize any tension on our nerves and treat the root cause of the problem.

Spinal adjustments can help to:
Reduce pain in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and joints
Increase range of motion and mobility
Maximize the body’s sports performance
Reduce recovery time for injuries
Improve your general well being
Increase mental alertness

Treat conditions such as:
Headaches and migraines
Slipped Discs
Poor posture
